Hillcrest Restaurant & Trading Post Saloon has been feeding Las Vegas, New Mexico for generations — real food, cold drinks, and a welcome that makes strangers feel like regulars.

I stopped in and had the Billy Whopper burger. From now on, Hillcrest will be a regular stop for me as I drive through LV. I am looking forward to trying the rest of the menu in the future.
